Free Returns

If you wish to return your goods by post, follow the instructions outlined below:

1. Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form.
2. Complete the returns form and enclose it with your Goods.
3. Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place the freepost returns address label on the parcel.
4. Take the parcel (with enclosed returns form) and the despatch note to the Post Office.
5. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate which you should retain until you receive your refund.
