The Coast Philosophy - We are an extremely proud brand right now. Why? 2013 was a big year for us. You may have seen our new store in the Leeds Trinity centre or perhaps noticed our stunning new store in Liverpool. In September Kate Bostock joined us as our new CEO. Originally from Leicester, in her impressive career she worked at Next, George at Asda, M&S and Asos. Recently, you may have read about our LA inspired press show in London which showcased the season ahead. With plans to take Coast into new territories around the world, it is an exciting time to be involved.

Oxford Summer School - This residential prestigious 5 day course is the training and development event of the retail calendar, run by retailers, for retailers. The Academy is designed to expose delegates to some of the decisions and challenges involved in running a business. The programme concentrates on enhancing the delegate's expertise in the management of People, Money, Marketing, Merchandise and Retail Space.
Aspire 2 Accelerate Programme - In partnership with University of Derby Corporate (UDC); Coast has an academically-accredited retail talent programme for employees working in our stores across the UK and Ireland. It is the first-of-its-kind in fashion retail; it signals our commitment to investing in and nurturing talent in the industry. Where else can you earn credits that can build towards a retail degree?
Skills Development - Our retail and head office teams can learn, in a variety of ways. There is a choice of one & two day events, bite-size sessions, 360 feedback and team activities. We also use some psychometric tools for one to one development.
