Saver Delivery

DELIVERED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS

Deliveries will be made within 5 working days (excluding bank holidays) after you place your order E.g. If you order on Wednesday your order will be delivered by the following Wednesday. Order tracking will be available and sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us. If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order. Orders are generally delivered between 8am and 2pm.

Express Delivery

Delivered within 3 days

Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt. You will receive a text and e mail from our carrier to give you a one hour time slot for delivery – this will happen on the morning of your delivery day. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order.

UK Next Day Delivery

ORDER BY 3PM AND RECEIVE YOUR ORDER TOMORROW

You can request to have your item(s) delivered to you the next day. If you order by 3pm Monday - Friday, you will receive your goods the following day. If you order anytime on Saturday or before 12pm on Sunday, you will receive your goods on Monday. If you order after 12pm on Sunday, you will receive your goods on Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday, please be aware of any impending ones when you order.

UK Premium Next Day Delivery

ORDER BY MIDNIGHT AND RECEIVE YOUR ORDER TOMORROW

If you order by midnight weekdays you will receive your order the next day - delivered between 7pm - 10pm (selected postcodes only). If you order by midnight on the weekend your order will be delivered the next day between 4pm and 7pm.

A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery, the goods will be sent back to the Warehouse and you will receive a refund minus the delivery fee. Postcode exclusions apply. Delivery restrictions apply. Please check that your postcode is a postcode we deliver to.

90 Minutes Delivery

Orders will be delivered from 90 minutes

Orders made on a weekday and at the weekend must be placed during standard store opening times. We will endeavour to deliver your order within 90 minutes of the order being placed, however this may vary due to your location. This service is offered from the courier provider, shutl and is only available on selected products. Customers will be made aware of their expected delivery time at the time of ordering and via email sent directly from shutl.

Signatures are required on delivery to accept your 90 minute delivery order.

Free Returns

If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep the goods, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 28 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. For sale items return within 14 days.

IMPORTANT: All Coast dresses now have a returns tag attached to the outside. Refunds will not be accepted for dresses where this tag has been removed.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery.

Once you decide to return the product, you must not use them and must handle all products with extreme care while they remain in your possession. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. The goods must be returned to us intact and undamaged. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Your rights under the returns policy are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. For further information on this please see our Terms & Conditions.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return by Post: If you wish to return your goods by post, follow the instructions outlined below: 1. Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form. 2. Complete the returns form and enclose it with your Goods. 3. Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place the freepost returns address label on the parcel. 4. Take the parcel (with enclosed returns form) and the dispatch note to the Post Office.

IMPORTANT: Remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt which you should retain until you receive your refund.

Please note, it can take up to 14 days for an item to be returned to our distribution centre. Please allow time for this when expecting a refund.

Returns to Store: You can return your order to any one of our Coast stores using the dispatch note enclosed in your parcel as your receipt. The dispatch note must be presented and they will ask you for the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the product or obtain a refund. Unfortunately this facility is not available at Coast concessions in department stores or factory outlet stores. For details of your nearest Coast store click here.

IMPORTANT: Orders paid for using Paypal cannot be returned to stores and must be returned by post.

Ireland Delivery

For standard delivery to Ireland place your order before 3pm. You can expect to receive your goods within 3-4 working days of order placement. For orders placed after 3pm, please allow 4-5 working days.

Signatures are not required and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

Coast offers the Ireland delivery option for a single fee of €7.95, regardless of the number of items in the order.
