We deliver to the following countries:

International shipping to Europe costs €15 and is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order and items purchased. You can expect to receive your goods within 10 working days of placing your order. Countries outside of Europe will incur a $25 shipping cost, regardless of the weight of your order and items purchased.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Free returns

Should you wish to return any unwanted item(s), you have 28 days of the dispatch date to return for a full refund. For sale items, please return within 14 days for a full refund. Coast purchases made at a concession in a department store must be returned to the same concession for a refund and are bound by the concession policy of returns, details of which can be found at the back of the concession till receipt.

All goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn and all labels intact. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. All Coast dresses have a returns tag attached to the outside. Refunds will not be accepted for dresses where this tag has been removed. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery, unless faulty.

UK Returns

UK returns to store - Refunds processed immediately

You can return your item(s) to any of our Coast standalone stores using the Returns Note enclosed in your parcel as your receipt. Refunds are processed immediately, however please note, refunds may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Unfortunately this facility is not available at Coast concessions in department stores or factory outlet stores.

UK returns by post - Refunds processed within 18 working days

If you wish to return your goods by post, please complete the Returns Note within your parcel. Fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return. Enclose your completed Returns Note and apply the FREE Royal Mail label to your parcel and take it into your local Post Office.

IMPORTANT: Remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt which you should retain until you receive your refund.

Collect + - Refunds processed within 7 working days

You can return your item(s) by Collect+ with drop off points in over 5,000 local stores open early till late 7 days a week.

Simply enclose your despatch note, apply the collect + label to your parcel, take it into any one of the participating stores and you'll get a proof of postage and a code to track your return. Refunds take approximately 7 working days to process on receipt of your items. Please note, refunds may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Ireland returns

Returns from Ireland must be returned by post. Should you wish to return your item(s), please complete the Returns Note within your parcel and fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return. Enclose your completed Returns Note and take it into your local Post Office. It is advisable to send your unwanted item(s) back using a secure delivery method such as Recorded or Special Delivery.

Rest of world returns

Returns outside the UK and Ireland must be returned by post. Should you wish to return your item(s), please complete the Returns Note within your parcel and fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return.
