Deliveries will be made within 3 working days (excluding bank holidays) after you place your order. E.g. If you order on Thursday your order will be delivered by the following Monday.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an email which informs you that the order has left us.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm and a signature will be required on receipt. You will receive a text and email from our carrier to give you a one hour time slot for delivery – this will happen on the morning of your delivery day. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order. This service is not available in Northern Ireland.

Next day delivery - £4.99

ORDER BY 3PM AND RECEIVE YOUR ORDER TOMORROW

You can request to have your item(s) delivered to you the next day. If you order by 3pm Monday - Friday, you will receive your goods the following day. If you order by 12pm on Saturday and Sunday, you will receive your goods on Monday. If you order after 12pm on Sunday, you will receive your goods on Tuesday.

ORDER BY 12PM AND RECEIVE YOUR ORDER SAME DAY

If you order by 12 noon weekdays you will receive your order the same day - delivered between 6pm - 10pm (selected postcodes only). If you order by 11am at weekend your order will be delivered on the same day between 4pm and 7pm on the same day.

A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery, the goods will be sent back to the Warehouse and you will receive a refund minus the delivery fee. Postcode exclusions apply. Delivery restrictions apply: Please check that your postcode is a postcode we deliver to.

ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED FROM 90 MINUTES

Orders made on a weekday and at the weekend must be placed during standard store opening times. We will endeavour to deliver your order within 90 minutes of the order being placed, however this may vary due to your location. This service is offered from the courier provider, shutl and is only available on selected products. Customers will be made aware of their expected delivery time at the time of ordering and via email sent directly from shutl.

Signatures are required on delivery to accept your 90 minute delivery order.

Nothern Ireland (3-5 working days)

Republic of Ireland (4-5 working days) - €6.50

We usually deliver to Ireland for a single fee of €6.50, regardless of the number of items in the order. You can expect to receive your goods within 3-4 working days of order placement if you order before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm, please allow 4-5 working days. Signatures are not required and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

Republic of Ireland NEXT DAY & NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY - €8.00

You can request to have your item(s) delivered to you the next day or you can choose to nominate a delivery day of your choice up to 7 days in advance (excluding Sunday). You must order by 2pm Monday - Friday to receive your goods the following day. Deliveries are made between 8am and 3pm, though most packages should be delivered by 1pm.

UK returns to store - Refunds processed immediately

You can return your item(s) to any of our Coast standalone stores using the Returns Note enclosed in your parcel as your receipt. Refunds are processed immediately, however please note, refunds may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Unfortunately this facility is not available at Coast concessions in department stores or factory outlet stores.

UK returns by post - Refunds processed within 18 working days

If you wish to return your goods by post, please complete the Returns Note within your parcel. Fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return. Enclose your completed Returns Note and apply the FREE Royal Mail label to your parcel and take it into your local Post Office.

IMPORTANT: Remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt which you should retain until you receive your refund.

Collect + - Refunds processed within 7 working days

You can return your item(s) by Collect+ with drop off points in over 5,000 local stores open early till late 7 days a week.

Simply enclose your despatch note, apply the collect + label to your parcel, take it into any one of the participating stores and you'll get a proof of postage and a code to track your return. Refunds take approximately 7 working days to process on receipt of your items. Please note, refunds may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Ireland returns

Returns from Ireland must be returned by post.
