• • FREE RETURNS

    • Should you wish to return any unwanted item(s), you have 30 days from date received to return for a full refund. Coast purchases made at a concession in a department store must be returned to the same concession for a refund and are bound by the concession policy of returns, details of which can be found at the back of the concession till receipt.

      All goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn and all labels intact. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. Selected Coast dresses have a returns tag attached to the outside. Refunds will not be accepted for dresses where this tag has been removed. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery, unless faulty.

      Your rights under the returns policy are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Click here for full terms and conditions.

  • STORE RETURNS

    • Store purchases made between 11 September to 11 October 2018 will be refunded as a discount code redeemable against future purchases at coast-stores.com for 12 months.

      Items purchased in-store can be returned via post. Please ensure you enclose the receipt for your purchase along with a completed Returns Form, which can be downloaded here. To send your return back to us, please download a returns label here.

  • DODDLE STORE

    • Return your item(s) for FREE at any Doddle location. Simply complete your returns note and place it inside with your item(s). You can then take the unsealed package to a Doddle store, and they will print a label and pack it up for you.

      You can also arrange to return your item(s) through Doddle Bot on Facebook Messenger. Visit m.me/doddlebot, select Return a Parcel, follow the steps and drop off your package at your nearest Doddle location. You can even track your item(s) back to us, safe and sound. Please note that refunds will be received and processed within 5 working days and may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

  • COLLECT +

    • You can return your item(s) by Collect+ with drop off points in over 5,000 local stores open early till late 7 days a week.

      Simply enclose your despatch note, apply the collect + label to your parcel, take it into any one of the participating stores and you'll get a proof of postage and a code to track your return. Refunds will be received and processed within 5 working days. Please note, refunds may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

  • UK RETURNS BY POST

    • If you wish to return your goods by post, please complete the Returns Note within your parcel. Fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return. Enclose your completed Returns Note and apply the FREE Royal Mail label to your parcel and take it into your local Post Office. Refunds will be received and processed within 7 working days. Please note, refunds may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

      IMPORTANT: Remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt which you should retain until you receive your refund.

  • IRELAND RETURNS

    • • Complete the Returns Note within your parcel and fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return
      • Enclose your goods along with the completed Returns Note in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel
      • Use our returns address: Coast c/o Karen Millen Fashions Limited, The Triangle, Stanton Harcourt Industrial Estate, Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxford, OX29 5UT
      • Drop off at any Post Office at your convenience. It is advisable to send your unwanted item(s) back using a secure delivery method such as Recorded or Special Delivery
      • Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with the labels still attached
      • The delivery cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.
      • Refunds can take approximately 7 working days to process on receipt of your items
      • Please note that refunds may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank

  • REST OF WORLD RETURNS

    • • Returns outside the UK and Ireland must be returned by post
      • Complete the Returns Note within your parcel and fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return
      • Enclose your goods along with the completed Returns Note in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel
      • Send the parcel (with enclosed returns forms) to our returns address: Coast c/o Karen Millen Fashions Limited, The Triangle, Stanton Harcourt Industrial Estate, Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxford, OX29 5UT
      • Ensure that you obtain a stamp (or other proof of posting) on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund
      • The delivery cost of returning the item and all customs and import duties will be your responsibility. When booking your return you should select 'duty payable by sender’
      • USA & Australia - Please note that we will only accept returns dispatched through our nominated carriers
      • Refunds take approximately 20 working days to process on receipt of your items

  • CHRISTMAS RETURNS

    • Extended Christmas returns policy online & in-store - Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid on any items purchased from Thursday 1st November up to, and including, Thursday 13th December. Any items purchased can be returned for a full refund until Sunday 13th January 2019. Any items purchased after 13th December will be subject to the usual 30-day policy.
