• • Our returns policy

    • Should you wish to return any unwanted item(s), you have 30 days from date received to return for a full refund. Coast purchases made at a concession in a department store must be returned to the same concession for a refund and are bound by the concession policy of returns, details of which can be found at the back of the concession till receipt.

      All goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn and all labels intact. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. Selected Coast dresses have a returns tag attached to the outside. Refunds will not be accepted for dresses where this tag has been removed. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery, unless faulty.

      Your rights under the returns policy are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Click here for full terms and conditions.

  • UK Returns By Post

    • Complete the Returns Note within your parcel and fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return. Enclose your goods along with the completed Returns Note in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel. Use our returns address:

      Drop off at any Post Office at your convenience. It is advisable to send your unwanted item(s) back using a secure delivery method, such as Recorded or Special Delivery. Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with the labels still attached. The delivery cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

      We would ask that you allow 28 days in full to receive your refund.

  • Ireland Returns

    • • Complete the Returns Note within your parcel and fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return.
      • Enclose your goods along with the completed Returns Note in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel.

  • Rest Of World Returns

    • • Returns outside the UK and Ireland must be returned by post.
      • Enclose your goods along with the completed Returns Note in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel.
      • Send the parcel to our returns address: Coast c/o Karen Millen Fashions Limited, The Triangle, Stanton Harcourt Industrial Estate, Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxford, OX29 5UT.
      • Ensure that you obtain a stamp (or other proof of posting) on the despatch note, which you should retain until you receive your refund.
      • The delivery cost of returning the item and all customs and import duties will be your responsibility. When booking your return you should select 'duty payable by sender’
      • USA & Australia. Please note that we will only accept returns dispatched through our nominated carriers.
      • Refunds take approximately 20 working days to process on receipt of your items.
