Robert James Harding and Richard Michael Hawes of Deloitte LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of Karen Millen Fashions Limited, Karen Millen Retail Limited, Karen Millen Holdings Limited, Karen Millen Group Limited and Karen Millen 1 Holdco Limited (together “the Companies”) on 6 August 2019. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
